Terms of engagement

The written proposal and contract for each project define scope, timing, payment, ownership and support.

Scope and changes

Work begins after written approval. Changes outside the agreed scope are estimated and approved before delivery.

Payment terms are stated in the proposal. Agreed deliverables transfer after full payment unless otherwise stated.

Hosting, software licences and external services may have separate supplier terms and fees.

Warranty, maintenance and response times follow the selected agreement or support plan.
